Rose Flower Carpet Scarlet is a popular variety of ground cover rose that features masses of showy, scarlet red flowers. Flowering begins in spring and will continue until the first frost in winter. This deciduous shrub typically grows to 60 cm tall and 1.2 m wide and is generally pruned each winter with about 50% of the stem removed.
