With strong sunlight, rich soil and consistent care, growth is vigorous and flowering reliable across most NZ regions.

Rose 'Elegant Lady' care tips

Rose 'Elegant Lady' benefits from deadheading after each bloom cycle to encourage repeat flowering. Prune lightly through the season if stems stretch and complete a full winter prune to stimulate new productive wood. Water deeply, feed with balanced fertiliser and maintain mulch for root health. Monitor foliage for pests and maintain airflow. With simple regular care this rose stays healthy and continuously impressive.

Rose 'Elegant Lady' size spacing and growth rate

Rose 'Elegant Lady' typically reaches 100 to 150 centimetres tall and around 80 to 110 centimetres wide depending on conditions. Space plants 90 to 120 centimetres apart to allow airflow and natural shaping. Flowering repeats through the warm season when deadheaded and growth is moderate to quick in favourable weather. Expect plentiful cutting grade blooms once established.
