Rose Black Jade produces miniature double flowers. The dark red, near black flowers are borne in loose clusters from spring through autumn. The foliage on this deciduous plant is dark green and hosted on near thornless branches. It will grow to 60 cm tall and the same wide, and can be contained to smaller sizes with trimming. Best results with this variety are achieved when it is grown on a well-drained, semi-sheltered site in full sun or partial shade. It is tolerant of frost, cool climates, and short periods of dry.
