Double Catchfly
Flore Pleno is an herbaceous perennial grown for its pretty flowers and elegant foliage. It produces small and showy, double, white flowers on short stems from spring through summer. These are borne above the dark green foliage which results in a wonderful contrast of colours. It typically grows to 15 cm tall and 40 cm wide, performing best when grown in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained, sheltered site. Flore Pleno is commonly grown in borders, included in cottage or “white” gardens, planted around outdoor living areas, or maintained in a container and allowed to trail over the sides.
