Salvia Merleau White is a variety of Sage grown for its rich display of flowers from summer through autumn. It produces solid flower spikes with small, white flowers which sit neatly above the mid-green foliage. The flowers are great for attracting butterflies and birds. All parts of the plant are aromatic and produce a lovely fragrance when crushed. It typically grows to 40 cm tall and the same wide, performing best on a well-drained, sheltered site in full sun. It is frost hardy once established and does require good levels of moisture during dry periods.
