Salvia Coral is a stunning variety of Sage due to its rich display of flowers from spring through autumn. It produces long and slender flower spikes with exquisite, coral-pink flowers that are very striking. The flowers sit neatly above the mid-green foliage and are great for attracting butterflies and birds. This herbaceous perennial typically grows to 40 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when positioned on a well-drained, sheltered site in full sun. It hardy to moderate frost once but does require good levels of moisture during dry periods. Coral Sage is commonly included in an herb garden, added to a mixed planting or border, used in cottage gardens, or grown in a container. A mass planting suits this plant and gives a lovely display.
