Omphalodes cappadocica, commonly known as Navelwort or Creeping Forget Me Not, is an herbaceous perennial grown for its delicate and pretty flowers. The lush green foliage becomes adorned with masses of blue flowers through spring and summer as it grows to 50 cm tall and 75 cm wide. Omphalodes cappadocica is commonly included in cottage and woodland gardens, used in border and mixed plantings, or mass planted on a shady bank for a wondrous display.
