Kniphofia 'Flamenco' is a variety of the commonly known Red Hot Poker, and like other varieties, it features impressive flowers. This herbaceous perennial grows as a clump and produces thin, strap-like, mid-green leaves. During summer and autumn, stems rise above the foliage, carrying showy clusters of tubular flowers in a range of shades, including yellow, orange, and flame red. It typically grows to about 75 cm tall and the same wide. Kniphofia Flamenco is a versatile plant that is ideal for attracting birds, for border planting, planting under trees, adding to mixed plantings, growing in a container, or riparian planting.
