Felt Plant
Commonly known as the Felt Plant, this variety of Kalanchoe is a woody perennial valued for its interesting foliage. It carries thick, succulent like leaves which are green with grey felt and have a distinct triangular shape. Mature plants are complemented with red-yellow flowers held as clusters in summer. It typically grows to 60 cm tall and 50 cm wide, and performs best when grown in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained, sheltered site, protected from frost. It is tolerant of dry periods once established. The Felt Plant is perfect for including in rock gardens, planting around pool and other outdoor living areas, maintaining in a container, or including in a mixed planting. The unusualness of this plant makes it a great choice.
