Hosta Pizzazz features lush foliage and pretty flowers. The foliage comprises large, dark green leaves with a wide, cream margin. White, bell-like flowers are borne atop short stems during summer. This herbaceous perennial will grow to about 50 cm tall and 80 cm wide and in cold climates it may die off during winter to regrow again in spring. Hosta Pizzazz is commonly mass planted as a groundcover, included in borders, grown in a container, used in tropical and cottage gardens, or planted around outdoor living areas.

Hosta Pizzazz Details

Hosta Pizzazz features lush foliage and pretty flowers. The foliage comprises large, dark green leaves with a wide, cream margin. White, bell-like flowers are borne atop short stems during summer and are followed by seed heads that attract birds. This herbaceous perennial will grow to about 50 cm tall and 80 cm wide and in cold climates it may die off during winter to regrow again in spring. It grows best in a full sun or partial shade position on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of frost and cold climates but should not be allowed to dry out. Hosta Pizzazz is commonly mass planted as a groundcover, included in borders, grown in a container, used in tropical and cottage gardens, or planted around outdoor living areas.
