Hosta Kiwi Skyscraper is grown for its rich blue foliage. Bell-shaped, lilac flowers appear during summer and are held neatly above the foliage. These are followed by seed heads that attract birds. This herbaceous perennial typically grows to 60 cm tall and 50 cm wide and in cold climates it may die off during winter to regrow again in spring. It grows best in a full sun or partial shade position on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of frost and cold climates but should not be allowed to dry out.
