Encore Daylily

Hemerocallis Encore is a variety of the commonly known, Day Lily, and features very showy flowers. The impressive, yellow blooms are only at peak condition for a day or so, but are continually produced through summer. They are held above the strap-like, green leaves as it grows to 40 cm tall and the same wide. Hemerocallis Encore is commonly mass planted as a groundcover, planted around the base of larger trees, included in borders and cottage gardens, or added to a mixed planting.

Hemerocallis Encore is a variety of the commonly known, Day Lily, and features very showy flowers. The impressive, yellow blooms are only at peak condition for a day or so, but are continually produced through summer. They are held above the strap-like, green leaves which serve as a lovely backdrop to the flowers. It typically grows to 40 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of frost, cool climates, dry periods, and moderate wind, and may die back during winter but will regrow again in spring. Hemerocallis Encore is commonly mass planted as a groundcover, planted around the base of larger trees, included in borders, or added to a mixed planting. It is also perfect for cottage gardens and using anywhere the flowering can be appreciated. This plant puts on an amazing display which is sure to impress.
