Geranium Sue Crug is an herbaceous perennial grown for its lush foliage and pretty flowers. The flowers are pink, streaked with magenta, and are borne through summer and autumn. They are borne above the dark green foliage which serves as a lovely backdrop to the flowers. It grows as a mound to about 30 cm tall and 40 cm wide, performing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of light frost only. Geranium Sue Crug is commonly included in borders, rock gardens, and cottage gardens. It also suits being grown in a container or mass planted which will give an impressive display. Allowing it to trail over a wall or rock also provides for a spectacular show.
