Euphorbia martinii, commonly known as Wood Spurge, is an herbaceous perennial grown for its showy flowers and colourful foliage. Large clusters of green flowers with a purple eye are borne in spring. They are produced above the rosettes of narrow, dark grey-green leaves which are held on sprawling stems as it grows to about 50 cm tall and the same wide. Euphorbia martinii is commonly added to a mixed planting, included in borders, used in cottage gardens, or planted to contrast with darker foliage plants.

Euphorbia martinii, commonly known as Wood Spurge, is an herbaceous perennial grown for its showy flowers and colourful foliage. Large clusters of green flowers with a purple eye are borne in spring. They are produced above the rosettes of narrow, dark grey-green leaves which are held on sprawling stems. It grows with a rounded shape to about 50 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It will tolerate short periods of dry and moderate frost. Euphorbia martinii is commonly added to a mixed planting, included in borders, used in cottage gardens, or planted to contrast with darker foliage plants.
