Eucomis Tiny Pink Coral is grown for its lush foliage and impressive flowers. It carries dark green-purple leaves which are broad and held upright. A flower stem rises above the foliage during summer to bear pink florets tinged with maroon. This evergreen perennial typically grows to 1 m tall and 75 cm wide, performing best when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is hardy to frosts and if it does die off it will regrow from its bulbs the following spring. Eucomis Tiny Pink Coral is commonly included in tropical and cottage gardens, used as a cut flower, planted to contrast with other lighter coloured plants, or mass planted for a spectacular display.
