Clivia miniata Moonglow is an herbaceous perennial grown for its impressive blooms. Clusters of large and showy, light-yellow flowers are borne on slender stems from winter through early spring. The dark green, strap like leaves provide an impressive backdrop to the flowers. It typically grows to 60 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when grown in partial shade on a well-drained site. It tolerates moderate frost, cool climates, and dry periods though should be protected while it is establishing.
