Centradenia Cascade Details

Centradenia Cascade (aka Cascade Pink) is an herbaceous perennial grown for its flowers and trailing foliage. It produces masses of mauve-rose-coloured flowers which provide a lovely contrast to the dark green foliage through spring and summer. As the cooler temperatures set in the foliage develops deep bronze tones, though it is tolerant of light frost only once established. It typically grows to 25 cm tall and 40 cm wide, performing best in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. The vigour and semi-trailing growth habit makes Centradenia Cascade a beautiful accent plant in mixed plantings and is commonly used in hanging baskets and window boxes. It is also well suited to cottage and pool gardens, or for planting to trail over a wall.
