Canna Felix Ragout is a variety of Canna Lily that features outstanding flowers and foliage. It bears large and showy yellow flowers which are held on a solid stem above the foliage from late spring through summer. The lush and bright green leaves complement the flowers nicely. It grows as a large clump and typically reaches 75 cm tall and the same wide. In cold climates the plants may die back during winter to regrow again in spring. Canna Lilies grow best on a well-drained soil in full sun or partial shade though they are generally tolerant of cold environments and wet soils. Canna Felix Ragout is commonly used in tropical gardens, maintained in a container, planted alongside water features, added to mixed plantings, planted around outdoor living areas, or included in wetter areas of the garden. A mass planting is very rewarding with this variety.
