Canna Cannova Mango Details

Canna Cannova Mango is a popular variety that features lush foliage coupled with impressive flowers. It carries large and glossy, dark green leaves which are held upright and have a gentle arch. Stems rise above the foliage from late spring until early autumn baring large and showy, salmon-coloured flowers. The combination of flowers and foliage is very aesthetic. This herbaceous perennial typically grows to 1.2 m tall and 1 m wide, and in cold environments may die back during winter to regrow again when temperatures warm in spring. Canna Lilies grow best when planted on a well-drained, sheltered site in full sun or partial shade, though it is tolerant of moderate frost and heavy soils. Canna Cannova Mango is commonly included in tropical gardens, planted alongside a water feature, added to a mixed planting, or planted around outdoor living areas such as pools and the like. Mass plantings are both stunning and very rewarding with this variety.

It’s easy to fall for Alcantarea imperialis Rubra and Buxus sempervirens (Boxwood), but Lomandra Little Pal, Magnolia Star Wars, and Callisia repens offer a different kind of delight.
