“Sunrise Rose” is an herbaceous perennial grown for its pretty, daisy-like flowers. It produces masses of two-tone pink flowers from spring through autumn. These are borne above the lush, green foliage. It grows as a dense and rounded bush to about 60 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of light frost and coastal environments but does need protection while it is establishing. “Sunrise Rose” is commonly used to create splashes of colour, mass planted either as a groundcover or on a bank, grown around outdoor living areas such as pools, included in borders or mixed plantings, or added to a cottage garden.
