It carries hot orange-coloured petals surrounding a dark centre and will flower for most of the year. It typically grows to 40 cm tall and 1 m wide with a spreading growth habit. Best performance with this plant is achieved when it is grown in full sun on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of dry periods, coastal conditions, frost, and cool climates.
