Arctotis Louise is a variety of the commonly known African Daisy, and is grown for its striking, warm, daisy-like flowers. It carries lovely, pink and white flowers with a dark centre from winter through until summer. It typically grows to 40 cm tall and 1 m wide with a spreading growth habit. Best performance with this plant is achieved when it is grown in full sun on a well-drained site. It is tolerant of dry periods, coastal environments, frost, and cool climates. Arctotis Louise is commonly used as a groundcover, included in coastal and cottage gardens, used to provide a colourful edge to paths, included in borders, or planted to brighten up a dull corner of the garden.
