Aquilegia Dragonfly is an herbaceous perennial grown for its pretty flowers. It has vibrant, light pink flowers bordered with dark pink petals which are produced from late spring into early summer. This selection is valued for its tight, compact growth comprising blue-green leaves. It typically grows to 40 cm tall and 30 cm wide, performing best when positioned in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained soil. Aquilegia Dragonfly is great for rock gardens, adding to mixed or border plantings, planting beneath trees, growing around the barbecue area, or growing in a container. A mass planting looks spectacular with this plant.
