Lyalls Carrot
Anisotome lyallii is a bold and architectural New Zealand native perennial known for its distinctive, umbrella-like foliage. It forms large, finely divided green leaves in a rosette shape and sends up tall flower stalks with creamy-white flowers in summer. Mature plants typically grow to 1 m tall and 60 cm wide, making them ideal for creating structure in alpine and native gardens. Naturally found in alpine and subalpine areas of the South Island, this plant is both hardy and striking.
