Libertia 'Taupo Blaze'

Libertia 'Taupo Blaze' is a variety of the commonly known NZ Iris, and is a widely used and popular plant due to the changing colour of the foliage and small, white flowers. The foliage is dense and consists of long, green-yellow leaves in summer, which change to orange-red in autumn. Complementing the foliage are white, star-like flowers that emerge above the foliage in spring as the plant grows to 60 cm tall and the same width. Libertia 'Taupo Blaze' is commonly mass-planted, added to a mixed planting, or planted around the base of a larger tree, where its structure and texture are desired.
