How to use Sphagnum Peat Growing Media

Sphagnum Peat Growing Media can be used on its own or blended with compost, bark, perlite, pumice, or other growing media ingredients. Moisten the peat before use so it absorbs water evenly. Fill pots, trays, or propagation containers and plant as required. For seed raising and propagation, use a fine, even layer. Because peat is naturally acidic and low in nutrients, add fertiliser and adjust pH where required for the plants being grown.
