How to use root trainers

Fill each Root Trainer cell with a quality propagation mix, then sow seed or insert a young cutting into each cell. Water gently and keep the growing media evenly moist while roots develop. The deep cells encourage roots to grow downward and form a strong root system. Once plants are well established, remove them carefully from the cells and transplant into larger containers or directly into the garden or production area.
