Senecio rowleyanus variegata, commonly known as the Variegated String of Pearls, is a succulent grown for its interesting, bead-like foliage. It produces masses of dark green and cream, ball-like leaves which are held off trailing stems which can reach 70 cm in length. Senecio rowleyanus variegated is commonly grown indoors as a potted plant or grown outdoors in sub-tropical climates and allowed to trail over a wall or container.
