Hoya Krimson Princess is a popular variety of Hoya and commonly grown as an indoor plant. It produces leaves that are variegated cream and green with pink tones on new foliage, and held on trailing stems. During summer the plants will often produce showy clusters of waxy, pink flowers with a red centre. It typically grows to 10 cm tall and will trail to 50 cm or more. Best performance with this plant is achieved when positioned in indirect light or partial shade in a sheltered position with a well-drained growing media. Over-watering will damage this plant as will frost, cold temperatures, and drafty positions. Hoya Krimson Princess is commonly grown indoors in an office or the like where a fresh, delightful, and elegant plant is required. It can also be grown outdoors in favourable environments.
