Dracaena fragrans ‘Warneckii’ is a stunning indoor plant grown for its lovely form and variegated foliage. The white and green leaves are borne as a crown atop a fleshy trunk. When the plant is several years old, and with the right growing conditions, it may produce white blooms in summer that are highly fragrant. It typically grows to 1.2 m tall and 50 cm wide but is often kept to smaller sizes when grown indoors. It grows best when positioned in indirect light and away from cold drafts. It can be grown outdoors in sub-tropical and tropical climates with soils that are well drained. Dracaena ‘Warneckii’ is commonly grown as a potted plant and is well suited to home and office environments, or anywhere an attractive feature plant is desired.
