Calathea Jungle Rose care guide

Calathea Jungle Rose thrives in warm, humid environments with bright, indirect light. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight, as this can cause the leaf colours to fade. Water the plant when the top 2–3 cm of soil feels dry, keeping the soil evenly moist but never soggy. Use filtered or rain water if possible, as Calatheas are sensitive to chlorine and fluoride commonly found in tap water. High humidity is essential—regular misting, a pebble tray, or a nearby humidifier will help maintain ideal conditions. Keep the plant in temperatures between 18°C and 24°C, away from cold drafts or heaters. During spring and summer, feed monthly with a balanced, diluted liquid fertiliser to encourage healthy, vibrant foliage.
