Argyranthemum Purity
“Purity” is a bushy, evergreen shrub grown for its exquisite flowers and delicate foliage. It produces a stunning display of white, daisy-like flowers from late spring through until autumn. The masses of bright flowers are complemented with fine, bright green leaves which serve as a lovely backdrop. It grows densely with a rounded shape to about 60 cm tall and the same wide, performing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, semi-sheltered site. It is tolerant of light frost, coastal environments, and short periods of dry. “Purity” is ideal for planting around outdoor living areas such as pools, including in borders or mixed plantings, mass planting either as a groundcover or on a bank, including in cottage or “white” gardens, or maintaining in a container.
