Bidens ferulifolia Goldmound Details
“Goldmound” is a perennial that produces masses of bright yellow, star shaped flowers through summer and autumn. The foliage is fern-like in appearance and is grows with a spreading habit to about 20 cm tall and 1 m wide. Best performance is achieved when grown in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It will tolerate a moderate frost once established and is generally cut back every year to promote new growth. “Goldmound” makes an excellent addition to rock and cottage gardens or for using anywhere a spreading and colourful plant is required. A mass planting on a bank affords an impressive display.
