Phlox sublata White Delight

“White Delight” is one of the more impressive varieties of Phlox due to its impressive flowering. This herbaceous perennial bears masses of small, white flowers throughout spring. The display of mildly fragrant flowers is stunning and literally coats the plant. The foliage comprises narrow, soft, dark green leaves. It typically grows to 15 cm tall and 60 cm wide, growing best in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. Plants are tolerant of a light frost once established and require good levels of moisture during dry periods. “White Delight” is commonly mass planted as a groundcover, included in border plantings, added to cottage and “white” gardens, or simply maintained in a container. It looks amazing when allowed to spill out over a wall or path.
