Kunzea microflora Details

Kunzea microflora is a trailing shrub often used as a groundcover. Its most spectacular feature are the cream-white flowers borne in such profusion in spring that plants appear like they have been whitened by snow. It carries small, dark green leaves on slender, sprawling branches which originate from a very short, multi-stemmed trunk. It typically grows to about 1 m tall and 6 m wide, performing best on a well-drained site in full sun or partial shade. It is tolerant of frost, cold climates, coastal conditions, dry periods, and almost all soil types. Kunzea microflora is commonly used as a groundcover where the desire is to cover a large area.
