The unusual flowers are pink, crimson and cream and produced amidst the foliage during spring and summer. The foliage comprises fine, mid-green leaves held densely on prostrate stems as it grows to 30 cm tall and 1.5 m wide. Grevillea lanigera is commonly used as a groundcover, added to coastal gardens, or planted to attract birds. This bright and cheerful plant also suits being grown in a container, planted around the base of larger trees and shrubs, or mass planted on a bank or the like.

Grevillea lanigera is a low growing, evergreen shrub featuring showy clusters of colourful flowers. The unusual flowers are pink, crimson and cream and produced amidst the foliage from spring through summer. The foliage comprises fine, mid-green leaves held densely on prostrate stems.
