Lomandra Shara typically grows to a height of around 60 cm. They grow to a similar width with beautiful, cascading foliage coloured mid-dark green. This size of this plant makes it a great option for border plantings.
The Lomandra Shara plant grows best when positioned in full sun or part shade on a well-drained site. This is a hardy plant that tolerates frost, drought, cold climates, wind, coastal climates, and most soil types, except extreme wet. Above all else, make sure it is grown on well-drained soil that does not become water-logged. Similarly, if you intend to grow it in a pot, make sure that only potting media is used and never use garden soil. Browning on the tip ends or plants rotting in the middle is a sure sign they are too wet.
