Carex Spark Plug

Carex Spark Plug is an ornamental grass that features slender, arching leaves that are variegated dark green and cream. Short, brown flower spikes are borne in summer above the foliage and add extra interest to this plant. It grows as a low mound to about 20 cm tall and 30 cm wide. Carex Spark Plug is a commonly mass planted as a groundcover, included in borders and mixed plantings, or grown in a container. This low maintenance plant is great for brightening up an area and suits being planted around outdoor living areas.
