Kia ora, Grape ‘Kyoho’ is an early–mid season variety, and in New Zealand conditions it typically ripens in late summer to early autumn—usually around March to April. The exact timing can shift a bit depending on your local climate (warmer areas will ripen earlier) and the season’s weather. You’ll know the grapes are ready when they’re fully coloured (deep purple-black), slightly soft to the touch, and taste sweet. Many thanks.
