Plum Victory, Victory Plum

Plum Victory produces high yields of large, blue skinned fruit with yellow flesh that are sweet and juicy. White blossoms adorn the tree in spring and give rise to the fruit in summer. It grows with a vase shape to about 5 m tall and 3 m wide, performing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. The Victory plum is commonly planted for fruit production and makes for a lovely specimen or inclusion into a mixed planting.

Plum Victory produces high yields of large, blue skinned fruit with yellow flesh that are sweet and juicy. White blossoms adorn the tree in spring and give rise to the fruit in summer. This variety does require another plum variety (e.g., Italian Prune or Stanley) planted nearby to aid pollination for fruit production. It grows with a vase shape to about 5 m tall and 3 m wide, performing best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. It is tolerant of cool climates and frost, though a late frost can reduce yields. The Victory plum is commonly planted for fruit production and makes for a lovely specimen or inclusion into a mixed planting.
