Black Amber Plum Tree

The Black Amber plum tree produces large and firm, purple-black fruit. The flesh is pale cream with a red stain and of excellent flavour. White blossoms adorn the tree in spring and give rise to the fruit in summer. It does not require another variety planted nearby to produce fruit. This deciduous tree grows with an upright habit to about 5 m tall and 3 m wide. The plum Black Amber is commonly planted for fruit production and makes for a lovely specimen.
