Nectarine Queen Giant

“Queen Giant” is a Nectarine variety that produces large-sized, read and cream coloured fruit in summer. The sweet flesh is white and juicy. This deciduous tree grows with an upright habit to about 3.5 m tall and 3 m wide. Nectarines grow best when planted in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. While trees are tolerant of frost and prefer temperate climates, late frosts in spring can damage the flowers and therefore the crop. This is a great fruit tree for fruit production and looks impressive when planted as a specimen or added to a mixed planting.
