The flesh is firm, juicy, and tart making these a great apple for cooking. This deciduous tree typically grows to 3.5 m tall and 2.5 m wide. It is self-pollinating and so does not require another apple variety planted close by to set fruit. The Peasgood Nonsuch apple tree is commonly planted for fruit production, added to a mixed planting, or maintained in a courtyard garden.

The Peasgood Nonsuch apple tree bears large sized fruit in autumn that are somewhat flat in shape and are coloured green and red. The flesh is firm, juicy, and tart making these a great apple for cooking. This deciduous tree typically grows to 3.5 m tall and 2.5 m wide. It is self-pollinating and so does not require another apple variety planted close by to set fruit. Best results are achieved with this tree when grown in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site.
