The Irish Peach apple tree bears large sized fruit in late summer that are green with faint red stripes and have flesh that is crisp, crunchy, and of very good flavour. They are ideal for eating fresh. This deciduous tree typically grows to 3 m tall and 2.5 m wide. It is self-pollinating and so does not require another apple variety planted close by to set fruit. The Irish Peach apple is commonly planted for fruit production, added to a mixed planting, or maintained in a courtyard garden.

Apple Irish Peach Details

The Irish Peach apple tree bears large sized fruit in late summer that are green with faint red stripes and have flesh that is crisp, crunchy, and of very good flavour. They are ideal for eating fresh. This deciduous tree typically grows to 3 m tall and 2.5 m wide. It is self-pollinating and so does not require another apple variety planted close by to set fruit. Best results are achieved with this tree when grown in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. The Irish Peach apple is commonly planted for fruit production, added to a mixed planting, or maintained in a courtyard garden.
