The Boskoop Apple Tree produces much prized, large sized fruit in autumn. Apple Belle de Boskoop fruit are yellow, blushed with red, and russeted. The flesh has a tangy flavour which makes them ideal for cooking but Boskoop apples are also great for eating fresh. This deciduous tree will grow to about 4 m tall and spread 4 m wide but can be trimmed as necessary. Belle de Boskoop Apple trees are commonly planted for fruit production, added to a mixed planting, or maintained in a courtyard garden.

Apple Belle De Boskoop Details

The Boskoop Apple Tree produces much prized, large sized fruit in autumn. Apple Belle de Boskoop fruit are yellow, blushed with red, and russeted. The flesh has a tangy flavour which makes them ideal for cooking but Boskoop apples are also great for eating fresh. This deciduous tree will grow to about 4 m tall and spread 4 m wide but can be trimmed as necessary. It is self-pollinating and so does not require another apple variety planted close by to set fruit. Best results are achieved with this tree when grown in full sun on a well-drained, sheltered site. Belle de Boskoop Apple trees are commonly planted for fruit production, added to a mixed planting, or maintained in a courtyard garden.
