Dianella tasmanica Blaze is an herbaceous perennial grown for its lush and colourful foliage. It features broad and gently arching, bronze-purple leaves that are very showy. It typically grows to 70 cm tall and the same wide and has roots that enable it to survive a wide range of environmental conditions. It grows best, however, when planted in full sun or partial shade on a well-drained site. It is hardy to moderate frost, coastal environments, dry periods, and cool climates.
