Phormium ‘Evening Glow’ is a variety of Flax that produces long and broad, sword-like leaves that are coloured various shades of pink and red with a bronze margin. This variety typically grows to 1.3 m tall and the same wide with a tidy and compact habit. It grows best and produces the most intense leaf colourings when planted in full sun on a well-drained site. It will tolerate frost, coastal conditions, wind, poor soils, moderate shade, and cool climates.
