Fertiliser tablets are a great way to provide plants with targeted, long-lasting, and balanced nutrition for up to 2 years. The tablet can be placed on the ground beside the plant or inserted into the ground. In hill country, The Plant Company recommends 'spading' the tablet into the ground about 30 cm above the tree or shrub. For larger specimens, use 2 or 3 tablets per plant.

Which is the best fertiliser tablet for young lemon tree.

I would use citrus fertiliser in conjunction with the tablet. The citrus blend has a lot more magnesium which is what trees need during winter.
