Juniperus Japonica, commonly known as the Juniper tree, is a coniferous shrub grown for its attractive form and quick growth. It carries dark green foliage on dense branches and grows quickly with an upright, pyramidal shape to about 2.5 m tall and the same wide. Japonica is commonly included in mixed plantings, used as a windbreak or screen, or as a backdrop for smaller plants.

Juniperus Japonica, commonly known as the Juniper tree, is a coniferous shrub grown for its attractive form and quick growth. It carries dark green foliage on dense branches and grows quickly with an upright, pyramidal shape to about 2.5 m tall and the same wide. It grows best on a well-drained site in full sun or partial shade and is tolerant of dry conditions but not of prolonged wet soils. It is also tolerant of wind, cold environments, and coastal conditions. Japonica is commonly included in mixed plantings, used as a windbreak or screen, or as a backdrop for smaller plants.
