Juniperus communis Depressa Aurea, commonly known as the Yellow Juniper, is a colourful conifer with fantastic texture, colour, and form. It features fine, dark green, needle like foliage with an orange overtone. New growth is golden yellow and literally transforms the plant as it grows to 50 cm tall and 1.5 m wide. Juniperus communis Depressa Aurea makes for an attractive groundcover for a large bank or the like. It also makes for an impressive addition to a mixed planting, Mediterranean, or alpine garden.
